Thai Soup Tom Yum Goong

2 T Tom Yum Paste
2 cups boiling water
1/2 lb shrimp (or chicken)
1 cup oyster mushrooms

Add Tom Yum Paste to boiling water. Mix. Add meat. Once meat is cooked through, add mushrooms.
(If you prefer a richer soup, add 3 T coconut milk or evaporated milk.)
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Eat as a soup, or can be served over rice.

This is my favorite thai soup.
