Chicken Tortilla Soup (Very Easy)

Chicken Tortilla Soup

1 can chicken broth (or 1 chicken bullion cube and 1 cup water)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken
1 can rotel-we like the mild flavor
2 cans pinto beans (or black beans)
If you use black beans you might want to use just one can. I used 2 in this picture and it made it pretty thick but you could just add more chicken broth.

*Heat everything in a large pot. If desired, top individual bowls with tortilla chips, sour cream, and cheese.
Also you can add corn, rice, or kidney beans. I like to put rice in it and use the left overs to make chicken enchiladas. I put it in tortillas and add cheese then top with a little soup and cheese and bake at 350 until heated through. My kids love this and so do Brandon and I. Sometimes I double it so we can have left overs.
